Non Functioning Loop

I live in a split level home that is heated by a 1958 Hydrotherm, gas fired, single zone, hot water baseboard system. I have 2 loops that are not producing heat at all. One is in a grade level room, the other on the second level. The rest of the system works fine. I tried bleeding the system several times. I even installed an automatic air bleed valves on each loop. It did not work. could I have trapped air somewhere in the line? How can I solve this problem? Any advice would be appreciated.

Tell us more....
I assume that your talking a zone valve system....
do you have boiler drains on the loops so you can purge them...
are the zone valves for sure open....
is the circ. on the supply or the return....
is there an air scoop in the system...
what is the water press. in the boiler....
Sounds like a simple air problem... but could
be many other things also.
