looking for battery-less programmable thermostat info

I would like to get some help finding thermostats for the following system and requirements:

System: hydronic heat (Peerless Oil) with mixed baseboard and radiant
Taco switching relay (SR506) (24V)
Heat only (though I have only seen heating/cooling units so far)
Replacing honeywell T87s (fed by two 18ga wires though there is a third wire avail at each location if that makes a difference)
Battery-less

Basically looking for these to be able to provide two settings per 24 hour period, seven days a week. Did I say battery less?

Thanks for any leads or technical feedback.

Warm regards,

Greg Durin

    Batteryless thermostatic Valve actuator

Hi, Greetings from NZ, that paradise in the South Pacfic where it's summer time at present.
Heimeier from Germany make a 7 day programmable mains powered thermo head, I think it's called a 'E' and uses a programming card to program the head very simple looking. I have not ever used one (us poor Kiwis can't afford theses things) Could not find their web site. Their contact is 'Theodor Heimeier Metallwerk GMBH & Co.KG D-59592 ERWITTE Tel (02943)891-0-fax (02943)891-100.

    Try our T8601 or T8000C

These stats provide 7 day programming, 4 periods per day.+-1 degree accuracy, lighted dial. Energy Star product. Our T8000C has fewer bells & whistles, and costs less but still will meet your needs, if you are on a budget. Available from any Honeywell distributor, or use the "Find A Contractor" feature above. Thanks, Bill.
This is what I was looking for and even simpler.

I have six independent zones going in and am only looking for night setback on the heating. Don't need (or want) any bells and whistles. I came across info on the T8700C. This would be fine if it didn't have the cooling function and associated switches on top. Can the T8700C be mounted on a standard "Round" base? At least I could get rid of the cooling/fan/auto references.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    thanks

Basic thermostat (to switching relay that controls circulators) was what I was looking for but thanks for the info on the programmable zone heads from Europe.

A i tech therostat on an..

...old steam system. Do they work well. Iw as told the precion of new electrinic theromstats sometime causes havoc with an older vapor-vaccum system. Any thoughts?
