Radiant heat and baseboard heaters

I'm in the process of taking a bathroom down to the subfloor plywood and studs. The bathroom currently has a hot water baseboard heater. All the info I can find on radiant heat talks about installing the tubing and transferring the heat. What about converting the baseboard heater to radiant heat? Can it be done? Is the boiler system for the baseboard heaters compatible with radiant heat? I'd love it if it's simply a matter of connecting the supply lines for the baseboard heater to the radiant tubes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If your a first timer, maybe consider bringing in a contractor that specializes in hydronics, specifically radiant installations.
Radiant bathroom floors, properly done, are a real nice feature, worth the effort to get em.
