Low water cut off/feeder cuts, but will not feed

Anyone have any suggestions. I have a McDonnell Miller 247-2 combination low water cut-off and feeder. The feeder is about 3 years old. It cuts off, but will not feed. I cleaned the strainer and tested it manually, but it still won't feed. Where do I go from here?

Pull the strainer screen out
again, and open the water valve to it to see if the problem is before the screen. If you can flow water through the strainer body, the problem is in the LWCO itself, or beyond. The linkages or the float itself may have a problem. I bet something is plugged in the waterways of the feeder, though.
