Steam radiator Grill or Cover

I have a 1930s era home that had the steam radiators PLASTERED into the walls. There is a small grill about 24 inches up the wall to discharge the heat and a base-board cut-out to let in cool air.

I am remodeling the kitchen, dining room, and office, and have everything down to studs. As you might imagine, I do not want to plaster these things back into the new wall. Does anyone know of a company that makes flat grilles or convers that can mount flush to the wall to cover the radiators? I am guessing they will also need a cool air intake in the bottom, and then can be screwed to the framed-in radiator.

A Massachusetts-based company would be nice, but is not required.

Thanks.
