    Very Nice

    Great website!
I can easily understand the explanations of the various methods that your site describes. The quality of presentation is excellent too, and the site is saying everything that a home owner wants to hear regarding the company's work ethic and practices.

Given the quality of your work I expect that you aren't struggling for business, but if you aren't swamped now, you will be soon!

I will try not to feel sorry for all of those low bidders that you are going to take work from!

    Cheers,

    Eric

    I'm jealous :-)

Very informative and professional - just like you. I can't see anything I would change, I would just keep adding more. Maybe pictures and descriptions of past projects? I hope it gets you alot of attention and inquiries. I think that potential clients will be impressed with your professionalism and knowledge. They will have a good idea of what to expect before they call you, and will be more likely to trust your judgements. This is another area my company needs to go into also. I hope it works well for you. Thanks for setting the bar up another level.

    Congratulations

Really professional, informative website. Good job, and a good investment. It will be interesting to see how many hits become jobs.

    Very professional Mark...

and the topics are explained in good detail while remaining brief. I guess "perfectly succinct" applies here!

Do you have any projects (past or present) involved with solar? With the tons of respect due, I would be suprised if you have not had lots of this experience in your neck of the woods.

I really like the geo-thermal stuff...that project looks cool.

    Take Care, PJO

I'm a DIYer building a house...did my own design, heat loss, and tubing install...now looking for someone to install the boiler and plumbing. So I look at your website as an educated consumer...checking to make sure I believe you guys know what you are doing. I read Seigenthaler's book, the WIRSBO Design guide, and many of Dan's books and e-notes, so I'm not just shooting in the dark. Although I don't claim to be an expert either. But I do understand what is in my house... And I'm not your usual consumer.

I'd like to see more technical information myself. I know from the Wall Mark that you do top notch work. I'd like to see that explicitly in your web site. A few pictures of those installations that look beautiful...maybe use of the phrase "pumping away", tell me about outdoor reset, primary/secondary, variable speed injection, etc. Show me a tiger loop on the oil boiler in a picture...the little things that separate you from the less advanced guys. Maybe too much detail for most, but it'll show those educated consumers that are looking for quality that you folks have it!

Most folks will not notice, some might even be scared by the the piping (curious about this...as they can seem intimidating). But for me, it'd be a clincher if I didn't know you and was curious.

You show Buderus, which would make me happy and start the trust. Now just nail it home and get me to call you with a little more proof of your state-of-the-art in technology and installation.

When I look at the photos posted here, I'm flat out impressed. You all do beautiful work...and I think that should be the same feeling I have when looking at your web page.

Now, you wouldn't have a branch in the Ithaca NY area, would ya?

Hope this is helpful to you in spreading the word of radiant!

    WOW!

    In a word... AWESOME!

Classy, professional, impressive! Knocked me out! It is truly something to be proud of. Way more there than what you see at first glance.

Director, you say? You need to give him/her some credit for that!!! Pictures of Tom, Becky, you, and the crew would be a real nice personal touch. Think Tom would mind if I re-wrote his bio? Half-joking, but there's a LOT more to the man than model building. Egads, the boy has come a long way since the days we crawled under trailers together and dealt with the Procto, The Bickersons, My Brother's Bar, 77-198, and the Human Hovercraft! Good to see he's stayed in touch with the OEC, too.

Far beyond excellent and well done!

    Impressive

I can't say I want one though- the server would surely crash if there was a pic of me on there...........

BTW- I have a neighbor who will be retiring to the Boulder area in the next couple of years. He will need a hydronics contractor. I'd like to send you his information but your e-mail address here on the Wall doesn't work......
