Need advice on steam/hotwater heating
Sam Dobbs
Member Posts: 1
I am considering buying a house that has steam/hotwater
heating. No one here (Georgia) seems to have much experience
with such systems. Please advise me on what I should look
for in terms of condition, safety, servicability,
maintenance etc? Also someone mentioned asbestos in
connection with steam heating pipes?
Any and all advice and guidance would be highly appreciated
Thanks. Sam

I'd buy that house
assuming the heating system is working properly, you'll be much more comfortable than you ever were with scorched-air.
