Dan, Do you have something planned for Chicago this spring? Please fill me in. Thanks, Joe.

We learned at the last Gathering
that the groups that stayed focused on the table's topic got an awful lot done. These tables casually elected a moderator it gently bring the group back on track when it strayed too far from the topic. Al Levi and Ellen Rohr were great examples of this. They just mentioned from time to time that the conversation was straying and that brought the group back into focus.
What we plan to do at the Chicago Gathering is to have two moderator cards made up for each table. Anyone can be a moderator. Just place the card in front of yourself. Those people will then help keep the Round Table on topic.
I also urge you to move around as much as possible during the day. Spend an hour or so at a table and then move on. The more people you meet, the more you'll take away from the Gathering.
Looking forward to seeing you in March!Retired and loving it.0
