This system incorporates a Superstore buffer tank. The buffer aquastat will call the boiler on and run a 140- 180 (40 degree delts T) maybe more :) Grundfos Super Brute 15-58 check pumps keeping everything going the right direction when the DHW priortizes via the Crown intergral circuit board.

A post purge relay will suck the BTUs out of the boiler after a call is complete, and shove them into the buffer tank.

If RB would stop shooting and start soldering I would have the correct 5 zone ZCP with 4 way mix and reset control that runs off the buffer tank, for this 5 zone gypcrete job.

The scaffold allows my to "mock up" the job room and allows easy roll around "prefabbing" I'll pressure test and run the whole package before I haul it to the job.

hot rod

    mega short

Make sure the guy that sized the Mega didn't get his gal/minute and gal/hours recovery mixed up. Showed a friend how to add a brazed plate so the HO could fill his hot tub. The specs I read on the Mega were not to great for recovery time. Nice place to work, nothing worse than doing it on the floor, and I'm to old for that.
