Question: Anticipator setting For W.R. 1F90 series

Was wondering what the numbers (range from 4 to 40) mean when setting the anicipator on these stats. Also some suggestions for initial settings on the following.... 5 zone church, most of the time in setback, 4 zones cast iron baseboard, one convector (large open sancuary. The boilers are 3 WM HE's series 3 (low water content) and cold start off the zones pump relays auxilary contacts. Instructions say a miminum setting of 15 is recommended for hot water systems. Thanks for the help.
