Relays used with an Erie Boiler Boss

A friend has given me a new Erie Boiler Boss 2400 that I would like to install. However, the specs say it only supports 3 zones. I currently have 5 zones (circulators not valves). But it appears that I only have 4 relays (It looks like the original install left one zone unattached...no wonder the basement is always so cold.)
So, I want to install the Boiler Boss and new relays (to supprt 5 zones). Can I use the Boiler Boss, and if so, what sort of relays should I use? Also, should I use the Boiler Boss, I saw a post that made me concerned about the reliability.
Thxs,
Erik
