    To manufacturers and their distributors

    As I look back at this past year & all of the difficulties we've faced regarding timely service for our customers, I am grateful for the manufacturers and their distributors who have gone that extra step or mile (you know who you are).

    Without the support of the great people, and it is the people - not the product who make or break the back of our loyalty to a particular product (IMVHO), we would be dead in the water.

    Through this (and other venues), I have come to know a great many of the people involved at the manufacturing level and almost without exception have found them to be exceptional people who are not only dedicated to their products and desiring top-notch levels of service, but also willing to share information/knowledge without prejudice.

    My hat is off to you all. May this season bring you happiness, joy and peace.
