it had to be you, until you told me it wasn't; but it sounded like something right out of "Just Add H2OHHHH".
The story of the woman selling her home in one week after five realtors had it on the market for three months.
My wife (who else?)finally found it. It's in Zig Ziglar's "Secrets of closing the sale", the chapter on "selling with word pictures". I would really recommend the book for anyone who has to sell things. Homeowners who don't know the manifold (no pun intended) glories of radiant heating could use a good word picture or two.
