Strange chemicals

This is got to be the strangest call I have got in a long time.It starts with a no heat in part of the building call I recieved from a small sound stage/movie production building. This building's heating system consists of radiant on the main floor and baseboard and unit heaters on the second. Upon arrival I found no heat on the whole second floor. After checking on a few things in the boiler room and finding no obvious problemsn (Circs running, boiler pressure up) I started asking questions to the maintenance man.He mentioned that he got his helper to add chemicals to the bypass chemical feeder. So I ask what chemicals, he showed me a empty jug with no label and when we looked inside I started laughing at the poor fellows misfortune and at the task ahead of me. Moly-film is what it should have been , but instead it was liquid latex/rubber that they use to make mask/ makeup for the movies.
It plugged(coated with rubber) the strainers just before the circs and put a little coating of rubber on the pumps impellers. After cleaning these up the heat started to flow. Now I'm wondering if I should be doing anything for the rest of the system. I flushed the piping a various parts of the system and didn't see any evidence that it got any further than that.Any suggestions will be appreciated.
