Boiler was installed about 6 years ago, it has been running like a charm. The boiler keeps getting locked out it will complete cycle for sometimes 3-4 times then goes into lock out. I have trouble shooted it as per the WM manual and have checked with the required manometer readings, I believe the problem may be related to condensate buildup but then the manometer should not be getting the right reading( 1.6" W.C.) As anyone else had similar problems ??? I have an email and a call into WM but just taking a shot that maybe someone else has had a similar problem.
Thanks
Mike

Check the flue tee...
pull the hose off of the bottom and clean it out .... gets full of stuff and doesn't let the condensate out of the flue
pipe....too much back pressure.... lockout!!
Could be that the cone in the combustion chamber is plugged....
How 'bout the block limit switch???
just some idears.....0
