I have recently started hearing running water noise through my hot water heating system. I bought the home last spring and I am currently experiencing the coldest weather since then(10 degrees). Is this normal? Do I have a problem?

That's pretty
characteristic of air in your heating system. Have a heating contractor show you how to purge it.
