It is out of the way now and we are installing a Munchkin sitting on top of a Buderus Horizontal Indirect. I'll bring some pictures in a few days. Note the louvred closet door. Adjacent room is a basement bedroom apartment. I saw that and told them they needed to get closed combustion before they kill their renters.
