Guys,
Is it a fact that Glycol and hard water (from well)
is corrosive to Hydronic (radiant) systems and affects the circulators,Zone valves, Heat exchangeer, etc?
What if there is a water softener, does it matter?

Yes, it's possible.

Starting with a clean system and usin distilled, de-ionized water is the way to go. It's mildly corrosive, but it gets neutral pretty fast, especially if there's iron in your system.0
