Noise in boilers

I have installed a three module boiler Slant fin Liberty II (each rated at 300 Mbtu) hot water system using primary secondary piping. In the secondary piping, each boiler has a 0010 taco pump and check valve. When any of the boilers gets to high temp set point shutdown, they make a perculating noise for about 30 seconds. The primary piping has two zones with a Taco 0012 pump circuoating all the time extending to 10 apartments each. Each apartment has a thermostat controlling zone valves. Do you have any ideas about what is causing this noise and how to fix it?

Could you draw a diagram and post it here?
Or could you fax me a drawing? I'm at fax no. 516 484 6958, and at phone number 800 873 4346. I'd like to try to help.
