Hello, And for a 65,000 sq. ft. 5 story building with hot water heat there is one baseboard which gets air bound daily, it's on the first floor. What can i do about this?

This baseboard is probably the first connection
off the supply main, as the water travels by this connection air in the water stream can travel into this connection (it acts as an air scoop). Solutions to your problem relocate this take off to the side or bottom of the piping, or install a quality air scoop, install circulator on supply line pumping away from expansion tank, buy Dan's book "Pumping Away".0 -

Thats alot of HWBB.Any chance there is a leak on the system somewhere. If you are auto feeding this system the air maybe coming from there. As Dennis states perhaps a secondary air eliminator installed properly will end the bleeding woes.
