Rigid 122 Pipe cutter

to my Rigid pipe cutting station. It has started spiraling up the tubing rather than cutting it. What do I adjust to correct this?? Thanks in advance

Starting about a half-revolution, then going reverse for a spin in full, then forward till the cut catches the first groove that you need. if not wait till yo arm heals !!

Clean and oil

the rollers and cutting wheel. That always works on mine. An old REED rep shared that with me years ago. I use WD-40 first to dissolve and clean the pins and inside the wheels, than some light oil, like those zoom oilers..

Dirty pipe or fluxed pipe "adjustments" will gum them up. Even a dull cutting wheel will give you some more miles after a clean & oil
