Ground Heaters

I have a question on how size a ground heater. How many Btu/hr should I size the boiler for? The frost line is 3ft deep and I would like thaw about 1ft per day. Any suggestions? Rules of thumb etc.

    What you want is a grave thawer, the local cemetery will know where to get one.
