Dual use water heater / hydronic install (PAH)

Never said I didn't condone dual use, just that it must have a Flat Plate HX to isolate the fluids. Every time hot water is used in this home, a flow is generated through the Flat Plate HX too. When at rest, gravity circulation takes over on the potable side of the FP HX. No flow check.
