Super heated steam air removal

Member Posts: 1
Hi - we need a recommendation on an air vent that will remove air in a 600f superheated steam line at prox 100psi.
Thermostatic product max's out at prox 450f and steam will destroy the thermostatic bellows. Does anyone have a recommendation on a bi-metal air elimination valve?

Offhand...
...the only thing I can think of is a thermodynamic trap. They're not great at air removal, but they WILL do it. And they can stand high temperature superheated steam.
Remember that when considering material for applications like this, the temperature really drops the maximum allowable pressure in all kinds of components like traps, valves, strainers, flanges, etc.0
