always luv it when our friends in Quebec hold us back from cutting edge technology.
My Brother is in armed forces and you wouldn't believe the amount of duplicate repair manuals that must be kept up & ammended routinely. The oddest thing is that even the FRENCH technicians use the ENGLISH manuals as the wording/grammar is easier to understand....
Throw the HORSE over the FENCE.... some HAY!

bill, i was talking to my local wholesaler who stocks WM. he was saying that you do not have approval for the new condensing boiler in canada yet! is this so???? if not, when can i expect to be able to take delivery of my first one???

It's true.
We have some minor CRN code issues that are being resolved & we are working at translating the Boiler Manual into French (It's like they have a different word for almost EVERYTHING !!).
We're looking at Mid-Feb for the Canadian Market.
