Thanks to every one for sharing your time and knowledge. At one table the topic of contractors not finishing projects at home was discussed. [no names I promise]Well, I had a toilet in a half bath that was removed in June so the wall could be painted. The toilet has sat in my entry way since June. I could not install it because I had to re-attach the radiant panel heat to the wall. Not hard,I admit but...... . Well I did it today! I hope my wife doesn't think I was up to something while I was away. I would have stayed longer in Marlboro but those cheerleaders were driving me crazy. Too many in one place at one time.

    I rent a water heater from the gas company!!!!!!Been in for about 9 years @ $11.00/mo.=$1188.00 to rent a heater. Took me 5 years to replace 4 ft. baseboard in my bathroom. Wife thanked me.

    Hey Steve

    You could have installed one of these, 9 yrs ago, for less than that. It would have paid for itself in gas savings alone. Not to mention endless hot water.

    Three fully modulating models: 165, 185 & 235,000btu's

    It's not too late, you can still do it, I'll send you one :O)
