but I would like to discuss client agreements, builder contracts, etc. What verbage we all use to protect all parties involved. I bring this up because I have two builders holding a total of $15K and I'm sure I didn't spell my terms out clearly enough. We could always discuss this over beer, but you know what that would lead to! We would all want to send Guido around to everyone that owes us money while were are gone.

you meant for us to contact Guido Dan, dag gone it. Builders are such a slippery lot, I'm almost certain there is no language that'll tie them to any deal. Besides which, they always seem to have enough money to pay a lawyer! Oh yeah, I forgot - they have our money to give to the lawyer.
