Hey,I installed a year ago a Phase 3 water heater, its one of those stainless steel inside a container which heats the domestic water off the boiler,it all of a sudden is blowing the relief valve. I replaced the valve but its still doing it.The water coming out of the valve is only 150',and the town water is a steady 60 psi, they havent added any fast closing valve to the system, any ideas?
