has a product out called InkLink. You draw on a regular pad of paper with a special pen and a sensor that you clip on at the top of the page pciks up the pattern and transposes it onto your computer screen or PDA like a Palm Pilot on Sony Clie. You can save it as a .jpg file.
I've had Visio on my computer for about 5 years, but haven't had the time to learn it. This one is a lot easier.
Very handy.

Logitech
Makes a similar device that is cordless. It "uploads" when you place it in a cradle attached to the computer. About $100 I believe.
