this Weil/McLain sgo3 (not skimed yet),guy called me for a second quote.Old boiler cracked (internal lwco failed).I measured radiators, went out into my van and figured out what we needed to heat the place.Faxed a quote to the owner that day, called me back that day "your missing something" he says, the price is too low.The other guy says I need a 4 section boiler. I told him to measure the radiators with me and I'd show him how to figure the size.We did and was something like 45 square inches under what a 3 section would do(we could add heat if needed, hehe)so I got the job and the oil account. Thanks Dan for the lost art and pro salesmen who don't have a clue,Dave
