Thermal Expansion

I have just installed my first forced air to radiant ceiling retrofit. I have had customers request this in the past and have always stayed away from them due to my fear of thermal expansion noise. So I decided that I would try it for myself and install it in my own house. Today at 6.am the stat called for heat and we got a built in free system bonus "A FREE WHOLE HOUSE ALARM"!. The thermal expansion of the 3/8 Pex had my two and five year old up and in our bed in a flash. The Pex is install on a plastic track secured on wood blocks that are secured to the ceiling there is a 3" air space with R-30 foil faced ridgid foam over the rafters, The system works wonderfully except for the noise on start up. I was thinking about putting the zone on constant circulation and injecting hot water into the zone gradually when there is a call for heat. Is anyone familiar with a control strategy that would enable a ramp up period that would reduce the expansion rate to and acceptable level?
Thanks
Jason

How about
In-door reset or Out-door reset with constant circulation. Get rid of the bang/bang operation. There are numerous injection or mixing valve controls out there. I use have used Wirsbo's controls in the past and they work great.0
