Cold Radiators in a Diverter Tee System

I recently replaced my hot water boiler. The system is working much better but now I have some cold radiators. The last (2) radiators before the return to the boiler do not get hot are even warm. The installer does not have much experience in diverter tee systems so he is at a loss.
Will check the temperature of the piping tonight to see if I have a heat loss. Can the radiators be clogged? Do I need a circulator with more flow?
Any suggestions appreiciated

three questions
What is the BTUH load of the radiation?
What is the pipe size of the loop?
What pump is on there, now?
Bonus question: What pump used to be on there?

there is agood chance that the main loop may need to be purged or he under sized the pipe size but that is un likely if just did boiler cahange may need bigger cir good luck0 -
Running cycle
Since we have so much about anticipator settings on the site, maybe the thermostat anticipator setting is set too low, not allowing the pump to run long enough to circulate water to the end of the loop. Also if the boiler has too much capacity it may heat up the system so fast that water won't circulate to the end. Did a proper heat load evaluation get made by the installer? I'd also vote for pump size problem. Most installers just use the pump that comes with the boiler, which often is not the right pump for the system. A simple solution to the undersized pump may be to wire it to run continuously.

Re Cold Radiaters
In a diverter tee system. Thinking simple, are they air bound?

Not enough heat
My 2nd floor is not getting enough heat.My home is a three bedroom cape. The hot water and heating is controlled by a WeilMclain oil burning furnace. It is a hot water diverter-T (one zone) which seems to me to be unbalaced. The last 2 radiators do not get that warm, unless the system runs for a while (20-30min).Which I would have to put the thermosat up two degrees.First I tried bleeding system. No air was found at the cold radiators. Then I turned up the water pressure to boiler(18psi),no help.I tried changing the aquastat settings, still no change.I turned the valves off at all the radiators on the 1st floor to try to balance system which possiblly helped a little.I was told to relocate the thermostat? I was told to install a high velocity circulator?I was told to separate the hot water by adding an electric water heater so the boiler would just concenrate to control to heat the house only? The best cure is probably splitting the zone 1st floor/2nd floor two themostats?HELP!PLEASE GIVE ME MORE IDEAS TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.THANKS, BILL0
