I have a question for anyone that may have some insite on side shots (pwr venters) I have seen them and even installed one or two, however I have never had to service them, unlike the other brand by Fields. I was asked by another tech about a problem with a resetable switch that keeps on going off, now I bielive that this is somewhat like what fields older pwr. venters had. I have no anwser on why it is tripping, it may be due to draft or some other reason so if someone could lend some advice this would be great.

re side shot
It sounds like the high limit (temp) switch is going off. Is the unit adjusted to the BTU input? Check the book hopefully it is there. On the outside is an adjustment that affects draft and it is set according to btu input. Then using the draft regulator set the draft in the usual way. You may also need to increase the post purge time also.
Good Luck,
