I know this controls the t-stat for a circulator pump for hot water off this boiler. Can anyone give me a good explaination of this piece and what does what? Its the honeywell box opened in the second picture.Im just curious ,thats all!!

Provide intermediate switching of a line voltage device from a low voltage controller.
