a little help please i have a customer with oil fired warm air furnace needs replacing wants a bioler with indirect tank and a hydro air unit the problem is the location of hydro air he wants to put it in the unheated attic so my options are a lwco and or some kind of continios circulation im thinking of useing a plate heat exchanger in case the pipes supplying the hydro air freeze and burst
the reason for the bioler is in the future adding base board to some rooms that dont heat properly thanks

Why not use anti-freeze?If you didnt want to mix the whole system isolate the coil with a HX.
