The boiler and near boiler piping is done! Know all I have to do is Finish the piping to the attic Unico air-handler and run some take offs and I will be done.

I will have to post some pictures of this job closer to completion. The addition has a kitchen which is about 400 square feet, a dinning with about 400 sq feet, below them it has a home theater w/ stadiam seating, a wine room, and the mechanical room. And people say the economy is bad? Not at this guys house.

I did'nt understand the two feeds untill I saw the flate plate HX. Just what is the orange "handle" hanging on the piping ?

You know we all love the blue but I did not know that they just came out with a sealed combustion boiler.


The handel on the pipe is called a cabel clip. We roll up our extension cords and clip them shut with them.

If thats sealed, where is the intake vent ?

I saw a website on halloween that claimed those white dots where ghost. Is this an old house ? I think its just dust, but people see what they want .

So is that a HB Smith boiler ?
