Is that copper plated all-thread between the flanges and the split-rings? I can't seem to find any around here :-(

I put the plate in like you had told me. With the draw offs on both sides. Although, I have another question for you!
Do I need a temperature and pressure gauge on the water mix side of the system? And do I also need a relief valve on this side?0 -
Looks good Jamie
Out here code requires a pressure relief and a T&P gauge on the load side of an HX also. Check to see what's up in your area but realistically all thats needed is an air scoop and vent and XP tank. (I can't see the need for a relief valve myself) I use a manual fill valve, purge the heck out of itand fill it to 15-17#'s pressure. You may want a temp gauge just so you can see what's going on in the loop. What you put on that side of the system would be your choice based on what it nees to do and the budge for the job.
Nice looking work. You obviously put a lot of thought into that system. Keep it up and keep your standards high.
Glad to be of some help to you.
