Does anyone have the old drawing (from B&G or Hoffman)showing the proper method of designing radiator covers. I remember it showing percentages to add or subtract from the radiator rating by opening the top or front.
Thanks, Ron

Here is one...
from an OLD "Old House Journal" BEFORE it became 90% fluff/10% substance. It USED to be 90% substance/10% fluff.
Title of article was, "Thrilling Tales of Girls Stripping Radiators".0 -
This info
is also in Hot Tech Topics (click on the navigation bar).
BTW, I have an upcoming article in OHJ. It's about adding a hot water zone to a steam boiler, and a radiant subzone to a hot water loop. Fluffy stuff ;-)Retired and loving it.0 -
Glad they still publish you Dan!
Here's hoping they return to their roots and get rid of "Ghost Stories" and other such dribble.0 -
There have been
a series of owners in recent years. I like the new one.Retired and loving it.0 -
Believe the lastest owner
Also publishes "Clem Labines Period Homes". Exceptionally high-end (read "Country Estates") but, as always, good ideas and sources for poor folk like me.
