carlin interference

in THE MAIN WALL
on customers tv set. replaced cad call relay.transformer 14000k with carlin equipment and pcs motor on hb smith boiler. just trying to find out if this has happened to anyone else .pressure reducing valve broke and flooded basement and boiler. thanks

    remove ignitor and scape off paint where both burner housing and ignitor plate meet to insure a good ground between the two

    Ignitor

    Make sure the star washer is on the screw holding the ignitor to the base plated at the hole in the ignitor with the metal tab. If it is missing scrape the paint on the plate under the screw. I have seen this in the past. Remember too the ignitor is polarity specific .
