Gathering of Wethead Ticket

Since I have to be in Georgia that weekend I will not be attending the Gathering.

I have one ticket to the gathering on 11/23/02

What do you say if we auction it off with all proceeds going to Stevie's Team and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation?

Since this gathering has been sold out for some time we might raise a fair sum.

Dan what do you think we should set up for rules and time limit?

    John,

    you are such a good man. Thanks. We've got a long waiting list for Wetstock, and in fairness, I would give you a refund and then offer the ticket to the next person in line. That's what we promised.

    However, if you'd like to aution your ticket here on the Wall and donate the money to Stevie's Team directly I think that would be wonderful and so generous.

    We'll sure miss you on November 23!

    do it right here and the winner can send a check to JDRF. You can forward your ticket to him or her. That be okay?

    What a great Idea ! Sounds like a win-win to me . JCG , that was a great thought . I was waiting for a call from my doctor to find out if I would have to get rid of my own ticket . I was tentatively scheduled to have surgery on the 22nd , (their first choice was the 27th , so I was going to get screwed by missing Wetstock, or Thanksgiving!) Everything has a strange way of working out , and luckily I've been bumped up to the 13th . So it seems , there will still be time to make Wetstock .By the way , I would have picked the gathering over Thanksgiving ANY DAY ! Looking forward to seeing everyone (albeit limited motionwise)on the 23rd. John , thanks for coming up with a thoughtful and giving way to get , yet another "wethead" to the gathering . Chris.
