heating a room to 110 degrees economically

i am trying to find out if it is possible to heat a room efficiently to 110 degrees with steam hot water some version of radiant but not forced air thanks john

Sounds like a kiln
Steam heat would be the best, I think. I've seen a kiln at a sawmill that used a regular steam boiler. You drove a truck right through this kiln.
