boiler firebox insulation

I was checking over the steam boiler last night and saw that the guy that cleaned it this summer didn't get the firebox very well. SOOO I got the shop vac and started to clean. The shop vac is 16 gal. and I filled it up. Uggg.
The firebox insulation also came all apart. I tried to be careful but it was just too crumbly and I now have a very clean boiler with no insulation.
Questions:
Is this a BIG deal until I can order something to go back in there ? (can I run it ?)
Where can I get the insulation ?
Thanks

Combustion chamber
What brand of boiler? if just the floor was sucked up it will be ok,but if target wall was damaged be careful and have it looked at right away which might take two weeks this time of year! Hope this helps0
