have great church customer, we determined today there are multiple leaks in 40 year old radiant floor system.piping is under asbestos tile and concrete and sand(fittings).Mostly educational space ,classrooms etc. I feel the costs involved in repair may not be good value. However, church just completed large reno. in other part of building, and I just put in a 24,000.00$ boiler. approx 25,000 sq ft involved. Do I need an enginneer?
