it has roughly 50% more capacity than the 007. With the 007 there may not be enough flow to operate the Monoflos well enough to get heat to the second floor.
Try a Taco 0010- it's the wet-rotor equivalent to the 110. The performance curve is very similar. Install it "Pumping Away" from the air separator/tank connection. I'll bet that solves your problem.

MONOFLO TEES
I recently got a call to purge a heating system with momoflo tees. There is one room on the 2nd floor that doesn't heat. I thought possibly I was purging only the return, leaving ait in the feed and in the baseboard
I installed a valve which allowed me to purge either way. After got boiler temperature water out of both sides and opening the valve,I still get no flow. I saw 2 things in the system that made me curious. The monoflo tees in the basement are positioned in such a way that the return tee for the first floor is only six inches form the return tee on the 2nd floor (which is the room not heating). The second thing I noticed was a dead Taco 110 pump on the floor with a 007 replacing it. The house is only 1500 square feet. Any ideas??????????0 -
I think on a monoflow system
You need a minimum between the feed and return to each radiator - I believe its 12 inches ? But I dont know if theres a minimum distance between 2 returns . But are you saying that there are 2 monoflow returns - one after the other - on the same pipe ? Usually the feed goes to one radiator , then the next tee is the return of the same radiator . Im not sure what happens if you mix and match the returns like that .
You might want to try adding a valve between the tees to that baseboard thats not getting hot and throttle it down till you get some heat up there . Like Dan said - if you get all the air out and you still have no heat , it aint an air problem . Good luck .
