Help with Mistral boiler
Brendan
Member Posts: 1
I have a Mistral (M1ARS) oil fired boiler. It is firing for a short period of time and then cutting out. "Fiddling" with the thermostat and resetting gets it going again for a period before it cuts out.
Anything obvious I should try?

When was the last time it was serviced?
Number of reasons can cause this. It sounds like a fuel. Has the oil filter ,pump strainer, nozzle been serviced?
Heat exchanger and flue pipes cleaned lately? Electrodes adjusted ,sometimes it's the little things in life we forget to do, call your service co. not much you can do without proper training but make it worse if you know what I mean. Hope this helps0
