Rate of temp rise in 130000btu boiler

I have a 130,000 btu boiler with an Armstrong HV pump. Approximately how many Btu per minute should a properly sized boiler rise?
Is this a fair question?
Is there a formula to figure this out?
Is there a curve I can check out?
Thank you in advance.

Hmmmm
130,000 Btu in one hour. or typically a 20 degree rise across the boiler at design will net 13gpm. If the system curve is properly determined the pump will supply 13gpm at XX feet of head. a 20 degree difference across the boiler would only occur at design - the coldest day of the year. Any time other than that and the temp diff will be less. Additionally at low loads such as tonight (35F) the boiler will cycle more frequently since it is oversized. So the question I would concern myself is that the boiler isn't short cyclying, i.e. on/off every couple minutes. I strive for 10 minutes on and off (depending on boiler type).
