We ran into a 1920's steam boiler in a house that has bubbles in the site glass only when the burner is shut off, anyone ever seen this? Thanks for the help

  • Dirty boiler water

Sounds like left over cleaning chemicals. Bubbles don't let the steam seperate from the water very well.
