expantion tank size

a friend of mine has a wood fired boiler system .130 gal. capacity max boiler temp. of 185.He wants to know what size expantion tank he should be using . I told him I would put it on the wall and he would have an anwser soon.Don't let me down. Thanks

So far you have two out of the six pieces of information needed to size the tank.
Max Temp = 180 deg f.
Volume = 130 gal...(I gather from your email you are from Canada so is that US or Imp gallons?)
What mix of glycol if any?
What would be the coldest fluid temperture used to fill the system?
What is the minimum fill pressure? (Typically the PRV fill setting)
What is the relief valve setting? (From the boiler relief valve)
Only when you have this information can the tank be sized correctly.

this is in us gallons .the system has no glycal.colest water would be 5C. system pressure is set at 12psi . releif valve set at 35psi. We are in the interior of b.c.0 -
