And in with the new. These people had a old gas fired, severly over sized boiler. The other contacter ( associated with the gas co.) wanted to put in two boiler to replace the 265,000 output gas boiler they had. I told them it dint seem right and did a complete heat loss of the home. Guess what ?? Heat loss came out at 122,000.

Sold them a muchkin since they also had bad makeup air and said at the same time we should get rid of the old 50 gallon hot water heater.

We put in a Munchkin 199 and to save room out it on top of a Buderus 50 gallon tank.

So what do you think.
