Pump Size Help

Hello Wall! It's been awhile, hope you're all doing well.
I just walked into the middle of a job in which a plate heat exchanger being used to cool system water for a number of Climate Master heat pumps is being taken off well water and put onto a cooling tower.
The tower has been set and the pipeing run down into the boiler room. The first question I asked was "Where's the pump?" to which I got blank stares in return. I called the company who made the exchanger and spoke to the engineer, who gave me the relavent data to use in sizeing up the pump. Only problem is I'm not sure what to do with the data and the Local B&G rep's engineer is nowhere to be found today. So here I am, in the hopes that y'all will take pity on me and lend a hand.
Heat Exchanger: Req'd GPM = 75
Pressure drop = 2.3 psig
Pipeing: 270 feet (counting elbows) of 3" SCH 40 PVC in each direction with a rise of 20 feet.
Pump suction to be connected to heat exchanger discharge to pump water up to tower set in parking lot, per the manufacturers instructions.
Thanks for any help you can give.
JC
